To establish a baseline measurement first we have a normal Incandescent C5W, note the voltage drop to 10.8v due to the resistance of the bulb

To calculate the wattage of each light use the formula P=I×V (watt = amp × volt) so the Incandescent C5W is 6.8 watts

We can also calculate the resistance by using the formula R=V/I so the Incandescent C5W has a calculated resistance of 17.1 Ω
